Qi-Gong 18 Movements (shi ba shi)

27 Feb 2010 6:30 am - 31 Dec 2013 7:30 am

Qi-Gong Shibashi is a gentle, beautiful and flowing qigong exercise routine that is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing. It can be a complete exercise routine and also be used as a warm up for other forms of physical exercises. This pattern introduces the basic elements of weight shifting, co-ordination of hand and leg movements together with controlled breathing. It is suitable for all groups and all ages - you are never too old or too young to start.

Stretching and Detoxify Exercise

27 Feb 2010 6:30 am - 31 Dec 2013 7:30 am

Stretching exercises with moderate aerobic exercise can help to reduce cholesterol and reverse hardening of arteries. It can warm up the body to get the blood flowing and raise body temperature prior to high-intensity workouts. Exercise can help the body to rid itself of accumulated wastes, toxins and poisons.

Yoga and Aerobics

27 Feb 2010 7:00 am - 31 Dec 2013 8:00 am

The most important benefit of yoga is physical and mental therapy. The aging process can be slowed down by practising yoga. By keeping the body clean, flexible and well-lubricated, it can significantly reduce the catabolic process of cell deterioration.

For aerobics, the benefits include increasing heart rate and deep breathing for extended period of time. During this activity, your body produces more energy and delivers more oxygen into your muscles. Regular aerobic workouts increase your ability to take in and transport oxygen more efficiently.

A combination of both exercises will enhance your well-being and achieve a healthier lifestyle.
